How to unlock the Rescue from Paradise achievement in Fallout 3 - Definitive Guide
after buying the slaves go to the entrance, talk to the kids, take them outside and then you are done.
Another suggestion: got an high hacking skill.
My suggestion is to complete Strictly Business before, then:
- explore all the areas (don't forget to get the Bobblehead - Speech - in Eulogy's Pad, on the table next to the terminal - and the 5 Nuka-Cola Quantum)
- talk to che slave babies, talk to Squirrel
- take the computer and hack the terminal (wait untill the boss is outside)
- go back to Squirrel and perform a speach check to leave Rory behind (just a little karma loss)
- reach the boys outside Paradise Falls and get Achievement and 900 XP

You can either do this while progressing the main storyline (note its position in the achievement list) or you can start it at any point by doing the Strictly Business quest, or simply paying the guard out front of Paradise Falls 500 caps (if your speech skill is high enough).
If doing it during the main quest, speak with Mayor MacCready in Little Lamplight to accept the quest. From here, you will still need to gain access to Paradise Falls by doing Strictly Business or bribing the guard. Then you either need to do a long stealth-oriented sequence of events to break the children out, buy them for 2000 caps (1200 if you have high speech) or simply kill the entire town of slavers. You'll get good karma for the Town Slaughter since they are slavers, but if you have not already done Striclty Business you will lose your chance. So, be sure to do that before killing anyone in the town as they will all turn hostile if you kill any of them.
If you choose to do this as a side-quest before coming to it during the main story, the process of completing it remains the same, but you won't actually get the quest until speaking with Eulogy Jones. I would suggest just buying the kids. Once you have completed this and Striclty Business, feel free to kill the entire town for karma, human kills and experience.
See Rescue From Paradise for more specific info.

You can start this Quest by failing all the Speech Challenges in Little Lamplight and being asked to help the Mayor's friends or by going directly to Paradise Falls, which is North and slightly East of Northwest Seneca Metro Station. When you do get there a Slaver called Grouse will stop you and after a heated argument, you will get the option to bribe him for 500 caps.
After entering the main complex, go to Eulogy's Pad and speak to him about buying some child slaves to which he'll say you can have what you may like. Once you've found out a little more about the children, say you'll buy them then he'll then say he wants 2,000 caps for them but with a high enough speech level you'll be able to get him down to 1,200 caps. After agreeing a price, Eulogy will say that they've been taken to the front gate for collection. However if you're not as rich as we were at the time, then you have to do this the hard way by stealing stuff and unlocking gates etc. WARNING: If you do it this way then ensure the slavers don't see you do anything bad because they will turn hostile and never forgive you, which in turn means you will never be able to complete the Side Quest and trophy called Strictly Business. If this happens then reload an earlier save if you have one, else you'll have to start a new game to get that trophy.
After leaving the main complex, the slaves will thank you for freeing them and run off back to Little Lamplight. The trophy will pop once the conversation is finished.
Note: Due to a bug, you can't Fast Travel directly from the inside of Paradise Falls (where Eulogy's Pad, Lock and Load etc. are) so you'll have to move to the outside area before you'll be allowed to.
