How to unlock the New England Vacationer achievement in Fallout 4 - Definitive Guide
First of all for this achievement using tmm1 will disable you from achieving it
Open the console command and type in...
coc FarHarborExt
this will spawn you into the Far Harbor DLC. From here reopen CC and enter the following...
tgm
tcl
sgtm 10
(put another number in there instead if it is to fast)
then fly around and find locations.
Biggest tip I can give is once you have found a few save the game and use tmm1, look at the map for some you are missing then reload the save.

If anyone has any trouble unlocking this, heres my tip.
So I used the code to get to far harbor and immediately started flying to each location etc.
Would not unlock no matter what I did.
So I thought screw it, ill go to the boat (right hand side of the map where it says if you want to go back to graygarden).
When I arrived a new quest appeared *Talk to the welcome party* and then it finally unlocked.
Long story short, before you go flying off, make sure to grt this quest up and running first..
Otherwise thanks for this guide :)

I went to all 40 locations and it still won't pop. I just hope Bethesda solve this mess.

I'm having the same issue Red S1X, I've visited over 30 different locations and it's not unlocking for me.

Here is a link to an interactive map of Far Harbor on IGN.com: http://www.ign.com/maps/fallout-4/the-island
From here you can see every location on the map.

Still bugged, I had every location and still not popped.
I went back to a saved game from just before I went to far Harbour and ran around just discovering locations, popped in around 20 minutes.

I could not get this to pop for me to save my life no matter what I tried, so I did it on a new, second character on my main profile. I poured pretty much all my SPECIAL points into Endurance, and essentially made a beeline for Kasumi's parents' house. Did the investigation to get to Far Harbor, did NOT talk to Avery when I first got there (as I recall there's a big defense fight at the start of the DLC when you arrive), bought some Radaway from Brooks with the stuff I pillaged from the Nakano's plot, and just went exploring using a map, sprinting as much as possible, avoiding fights, the white fog, Quicksaving as much as possible, grabbing Blight when I saw it (only 10 HP, but no rads). The path I took was a half-moon across the top of the map and around to the west.
Took me about 90 minutes, start to finish.

In Far Harbor, there are a little over forty locations worth uncovering, each unique in their own right. You only have to discover half that amount for this achievement so this will unlock naturally as you progress through the narrative and work on smaller side quests here and there for the different factions and townsfolk of Far Harbor.
You'll have to do this achievement manually (not sure why it didn't unlock with CAQS like the other location achievement). However, it only takes a minute. Do the following:
- "coc FarHarborExt"
- Make sure map markers are off with "tmm 0"
- Turn off clipping with "tcl"
- Speed up movement with "sgtm 10"
You can now fly around the map and through objects, quickly heading to each marker on your HUD to discover all the locations around the island.
