How to unlock the Dangerous Minds achievement in Fallout 4 - Definitive Guide

This achievement is tied to the main story mission of the same name, and happens after you have completed "Reunions".

One thing to note before getting into the details is that you will need to have the Cybernetic Brain Augmenter in your possession, which you can get from a looted body during the previous mission. I had it with me so I was good, but if anyone did not pick it up, please let me know in the comments what you had to do if you didn't pick it up and I will update the solution with that path accordingly.

If there is anything I can do to improve this guide, please let me know in the comments.

Just a callout; As of Sept 2022, this achievement can apparently still be buggy for some. I played through the entire game, only to realize that this one never popped for me. I'd suggest (for any story mission achievement), to create a save prior to completing the quest, and waiting for it to pop. If it doesn't, reload the save, and try turning it in again.

Quest Giver: Follow-up to Reunions
Location: Memory Den - Goodneighbor

You can actually travel to the Memory Den with Piper, Nick Valentine, or by yourself. Once inside the memories you need to get to memory six, and complete it to be able to get out of the brain.

Story related and cannot be missed

This quest will take part in Goodneighbor. You will use part of Kellogg's brain to access his memories, to help find your missing son. This is mainly a quest where you walk about and listen so there isn't much to it. After all the memories have played out, the quest will complete and the trophy will pop.

Don't forget to click on the characters in the memory while traveling down memory lane. Time stops, and Kellogg goes into reflection and commentary.
