I finished the Institutionalized quest and did not get this achievement. Might be bugged?

Same here I did not get it. However if I look in the achievements app in Xbox One it is locked but shows 100% underneath it.

I ended up reloading a save right before it about 15 minutes back. Ran through again and talked to the people, and it popped.

Well,here I was hoping there was a short note of where that damn key to open these doors are, but does look like every guide I've checked so far forgott to mention it.
Starting to wonder If I have another version,as It seems like I can not progress atm.

Edit : I just had to talk to the kid ;) haha

Quest Giver: Father (Institute)
Location: The Institution

You must complete this quest in order to leave the Institution for the first time. You receive it after teleporting in and being greeted by Father, and must complete it in order to leave.

Story related and cannot be missed

Once you enter the Institute, talk to Shaun and then "Father". Once all the dialogue is done then the quest will complete. This quest is very short.

You will receive it after you get in and join the Institute.
This quest drops after completing the Molecular Level.

After talking with the Father, you will need to go over, so to speak, the heads of departments. We keep conversations with them to a minimum.
