During your first fight in Far Harbor, you'll fight some creatures called anglers, when the fight is over make sure to pick up some of their meat. Then, once you're finally ready to head out in to the fog with Old Longfellow you'll come across a small group of human enemies near a super duper mart and they will be right near a cooking station. Use it, head in to the "roast" category and cook some Poached Angler, it only requires the meat itself, making this a very easy achievement.

*please note that at the moment this achievement seems to be buggy for some, and will either only unlock for specific recipes or will not unlock at all. Bethesda is currently working on a small update for the DLC though, so let's hope this is fixed soon.

After you arrived at Far Harbor the Town gets attacked by Angler's. Pick up their Meat and cook it (Poached Angler) at a Cooking Station (there is one at Far Harbor).

New Recipes (Agile Sludgepak, Durable Sludgepak, Resilient Sludge Cocktail and Strong Sludge Cocktail) can also be found inside the Recipe Roundup” magazine, located in the National Parks Visitor’s Center

Another recipy that works is
Gulper Slurry

Gulpers (they look like Gecko's) are more common and this recipy will make you invisible for 10 seconds.

The ingredients are:
1- Acid
1-Crystal
3-Gulper Innards
1-Purified Water

You can find Crystals in Microscopes which in turn you can find if you continue the DLC storyline and visit the Observatory named: Acadia
Acid can be found in Abraxo Cleaner and such

Your first fight to defend far harbor you kill some creatures.
Anglers and/or Gulpers make sure to take there meat.

After that when you go with Old Longfellow on a journey you come across a Super Duper Market.
There is a cooking station there.

Simply cook the Poached Angler in Roast.
Or a Gulper Slurry but you need more ingredients for that.

Then find a cooking a cooking station and go into the "roast" category and scroll down to Poached Angler, it only requires the meat to craft, making this a very easy achievement.

The Achievement should unlock after crafting the first piece of food, but for me didn't pop until after i was off the cooking station.

If you're like me, and already played well into the DLC before trying to get this achievement, then you'll likely be looking for new anglers to find meat to cook. If you head to Old Pond House there is a campfire where you can cook as well as a long lake that always seems to have several Anglers lurking in it. I personally used the power armor feature where it highlights creatures in red. This made them so much easier to spot, especially at night, but you can always look for their little lure lights hanging out of the water too.

To find Old Pond House, head SW from Far Harbor until you reach a long narrow lake that stretches from North to South. At the southern point of that body of water there is a House there with several scavengers. Kill them, find an Angler in the lake near the house, and return to the large tree near the front of the house to cook the Angler meat. Or fast travel to any location with a campfire. Hope this helps!
