How to unlock the Robot Hunter achievement in Fallout 4 - Definitive Guide
You should have no issue unlocking this achievement naturally over the course of the DLC so long as you actively loot robot hostiles.
Nearly every robot enemy you encounter throughout this DLC will have robot components – or “mods” – on them. As such, be sure to loot every fallen robot after you’ve killed them. When collected, these mods will unlock and appear under the “Mods” sub-section of the “Inventory” tab of the Pip-Boy.

For this trophy you must unlock 10 different Robot Mods, not build them. This will definitely unlock naturally as you play through the story quests as most of the robots you kill will have mods you can loot off of them which you can then use at a Robot Workbench (see The Most Toys for more info). You will get a notification in the top left corner of your screen when you have unlocked a new mod.
