These two quests are the two new expeditions. You MUST do them as team leader. You CANNOT do them as a team member. You have to make a team and start the expedition yourself, though the team doesn't have to be an Expedition type team since I did it as an Event team. Do note that your team doesn't actually need players on it, but I'd advise you bring players with you anyways since this'll make the expeditions a breeze.

I'll provide a quick overview of what to expect from both quests. And remember, if you can't complete an expedition for any reason, it's alright to stop short and go back to Appalachia since your progress will be checkpointed and you return at any time you wish with no cost.

The Most Sensational Game:

This expedition has you play a gameshow. There are 3 main phases to this quest. Unfortunately for you the three stages are variable here. This expedition isn't too hard, you can literally turn your brain off and just follow the compass to complete it.

Phase 1 has you either find and kill Overgrown Moonflowers, release prisoners threatened by the Overgrown, or find and set off seven fireworks in sequence under a time limit. The fireworks is the hardest of the three due to the time limit, while the finding and killing Moonflowers is the easiest of the bunch. The prisoner one isn't too bad to be honest, just be careful they don't die. Oh, and note that Overgrown heal on hit, so try and dodge their attacks so they don't get to heal. Other than that they're essentially just reskinned super mutants and ghouls.

Phase 2 has you run to Showman's Pier to either defeat one of the twins, disable the remote locks on the elevator, gather prize tokens from other competitors by killing them, or hacking terminals to open access to the elevator. The easiest one is fighting the twin, as they're simply a human with above average health. The terminal hacking one and the disabling locks one are nightmares to complete solo since the spawns for the terminals are variable, and for the terminal hacking one the room fills with poison gas after a time limit passes.

Phase 3 has you take control of the Showmen's flag and defeat other contestants to take the zone, find and throw rotten tatos at a Showman, or defend a volunteer as they gather blood packs. Once again, the easiest one here is controlling the flag or throwing tatos at the Showmen while defending the NPC sucks. But if you're on top of it and have a good team, this shouldn't be too hard not matter what you get.

The Finale has you face off against the twins. Despite being hyped up as a hard challenge, the twins are laughably easy to defeat since there's only 2 of them. The male twin uses a sledgehammer and stuns you on hit for a second and sports a decent chunk of health, while the female twin uses a rifle and has no special properties besides her large amount of health. After defeating both twins you must climb the stairs and speak with Mother Charlotte to leave back to the vertibird. After being brought back to the vertibird, speak to your pilot Lennox to go back to Appalachia and complete the expedition.

There are a couple of bonus objectives if you want better rewards, but they aren't necessary to complete.

Tax Evasion:

Another simple one, and again the objectives for the two phases are randomized. When you begin you need to speak to Billy Beltbuckles to get started.

Phase 1 has you hunting for a signal jammer, hunting for stashes, or assassinating four different targets. The signal jammer version has you needing to activate it which will start the progress bar towards shutting it down as enemies swarm you. The counter will only progress as long as there are no marked enemies within the radius. The stash version is a pretty straightforward task to locate and collect some stashes in the Casino Quarter and throw them in the tunnels. Unfortunately I don't know where all the stashes spawn so you'll have to find them using you in game markers. Overgrown will hunt you as you do this. The assassination version spawns four groups of humans spawn across the quarter, and you have to kill them. The last one is pretty easy.

Phase 2 has you hiding caps, hacking terminals, or disabling wire bugs. Hiding caps has you gain access to the vault first, collect the winnings from the stash box inside, then dumping them into randomly selected slot machines marked by your compass. Hacking the terminals needs you to find and hack some terminals, all of which are locked and require either hacker cards you need to find or the Master Infiltrator perk. Just as a note, if you're having trouble finding a certain terminal then check the right corner of the casino stage. There's a decent chance that the terminal that's troubling you is right there. Once the last is cleared, the objective completes. The third and final version of phase 2 has you locate and disable some bugs while enemies hunt you. These are all marked on your compass.

The Finale has you rescuing your man Billy Beltbuckles. Return to Quentino's Night Club and duel with Buttercup, the head of the IRS. This fight is a bit harder than the twins fight, but not by much as his supporting men are as weak as all the others you've killed throughout this expedition. Once the you kill him, talk with Billy and Sal, so you can return to Appalachia. Then speak to Lennox to go home.

In “Tax Evasion”:

About the tomatoes (probably the most boring task): on the left side of the scene, upstairs, we can get one tomato. Then get out of the room, and throw a tomato on the NPC by aiming the top of the scene. It may require a few tries but then it's quicker than walking downstairs.

About the bags quest: I didn't know what to do but it's pretty simple: pick a bag, and throw it like a grenade at the back of the truck, I totally missed the ingame message about it. 🤦

So I'm in the middle of doing Tax Evasion and I'm in the casino, I can't interact with Sal Sticky Fingers or doors. I can't find anything online is this bugged, and if so is there a fix?

Seems like you're bugged, I'd suggest leaving the expedition and restarting it. Your progress should save.

Have left multiple time and rejoined, still nothing. Will try restarting entirely instead.

Edit: I just fired the game up from my Xbox being completely turned off overnight, and it seems when I resumed the expedition it was working correctly npcs had clothes on and I could interact with Sal.

The game can glitch if you are alone in the expedition, enemies will not move and you won't be able to interact with items. It's better to start an expedition team, wait for other players to join, then start the expedition. If no one joins or they don't follow you in the expedition, leave the world and try in another one.

I had issues with infinite loading and game crashes at final conversation in Most Sensational Game. After retrying same expedition 3 times, I didnt skip any dialogue with the Mother and it worked successfully

Just finish the two named new Expeditions from your map-menu and you get the trophy. If you just go for the main objectives, an expedition won't take you longer than ten minutes (if you are levelled up enough, that is). Expect some heavily spongy boss battles at the end, but nothing a good weapon and some power armor won't fix.

All the Atlantic City trophies are very straightforward and quickly done.
