How to unlock the Fallout Forever achievement in Fallout 76 - Definitive Guide
Count on 10 levels per 1.5 hours (on double XP days). This will get you from level 50 to level 100 in about 7-8h.
Level 1 to level 100 should be doable in 12h. (However, just finishing the story and all the other achievements should easily get you to level 50.)
Play daily ops.
When you're alone or with one other partner, don't go for the mission objective, just kill the hordes of enemies that attack you. The enemies drop the ammo that you're using on them, so you'll never run out. (use high damage weapons like shotguns or Gatling guns. If using machine guns, you may run out of ammo since you're using more than is being dropped). They also drop Stimpaks.
If you have a full team, chances are better that you'll manage to finish under par time and get huge completion XP bonus at the end of the daily op. Make sure all 4 of you are in a "daily ops team" for even more XP bonus.
Playing either strategy above, you should try to hit every enemy at least once. If your partners kill that enemy, you still get full XP. But if the enemy dies without you getting a hit on them, you get nothing. In other words, if there's a group of enemies in front of you spray your shots so that you'll hit every enemy at least once.
You will die a lot, but you respawn very quickly and very close by.
Extra XP:
- Use 4 lunchboxes. This gives you and your entire team 100% extra XP for an entire hour (if they're close to you when you open them). Lunchboxes can be purchased from the atomic shop or won on the SCORE board.
- Play on Double XP weekends for another 100% extra XP.
- In addition, you can apply the "Inspirational" perk card for another 15% XP.
UPDATE: in response to a comment about my above video, I put together a video that details the build I used for this, and also explains perks necessary for high damage output from almost any weapon type.
UPDATE 2: Big Bend Tunnel and Harpers Ferry can also be good locations to run. I haven’t tested the XP at these locations, but thanks to Seitzz for the comment.
Otherwise...
Also save some quest trophies for after reaching lvl85, as the game gets really boring (at least for me) if you only have this trophy left. Take care! -KC
Reaching Level 100 in the game is the most time consuming portion, and you will likely be done with everything else a few dozen levels prior (depending on your luck with the Scorchbeast Queen event). To get the rest of the way, you can farm experience either in the West Tek Research Center which has high-level super mutants, or at Whitespring Golf Club which has tons of ghouls (though these enemies are highly irradiated so be sure to have resistance). I found this video, which outlines a few good builds in the game, very helpful with planning which SPECIAL points and perk cards to take as I leveled up. You can become an absolute beast with his builds, able to kill super mutants in 2-3 hits with fairly basic weapons.
Reaching Level 100 will most likely be the last trophy you unlock, depending on your play style and depending on when you started the game. If you're starting new the grind will be longer than for players who started from the beginning because many of the XP exploits that were originally found have been nerfed.

PS add similar places if you know.
This happened to me, the trophy did not fall out, and further leveling did not give any results. Reached 110. I had to spend 2+ days on a new character; I didn’t delete the old one and its presence didn’t affect it.
Yes, don't miss the event: Radioactive Brawl, it's easy to make 5+ levels.
