How to unlock the Overdue Reunions achievement in Fallout 76 - Definitive Guide

This quest will become available when you reach lvl 20 (thanks to DE4N MUFC for sharing this information.)

Story related.

When you start the game you will get a Quest where you have to listen to the overseer radio.
When you do, it will reward you with a new Quest to seek out the overseer. It will be marked on your map.
As soon as you Talk to the overseer the achievement will unlock.

Edit: The achievement may unlock when you enter The Overseers house (thanks to Astral Array)

It should be noted that you need to be at least level 20 for this mission to become available.

You can also find it before getting to level 20 and still get the achievement

Yes I was level 10 and just happened to walk in and the achievement unlocked, but need to be level 20 to continue the DLC quest

So i found this quest honestly idr how i was exploring and started tracking it. im now level 19 and i need the nuke holotape and im opening the elevator to get the fort defiance holotape. do i need to be 20 to progress though?

When you first play the game after the Wastelanders update, you will receive a radio signal called Overseer's Broadcast. Tuning into that will start The New Arrivals. Before you can visit the Overseer, you must hit Level 20 on your character. Once you have done that, you can enter her house to unlock this achievement and begin the Wastelanders story content.

Story related, can't be missed.

When you reach Level 20, you will gain a Main quest The New Arrivals. Begin that quest by tuning in to the Overseer’s broadcast. Follow her instructions and very soon you will have a conversation that will unlock this trophy.
