How to unlock the Recruitment Blues achievement in Fallout 76 - Definitive Guide

This quest is part of the Brotherhood of Steel storyline and has a few prerequisites before you can complete it. You must complete the following quests:

1.)Defiance has Fallen (Before)
2.)Back to Basics (Before or during Recruitment Blues)

This quest has glitched for me, i cant stamp the address on the letter, just thought i'd add this

Once you complete the "Quest Back to Basic" at Camp McClintock to earn a Valid military ID. Once that Quest is completed you can then return to the Brotherhood quest line through this quest, Recruitment Blues. This mission has you traveling to the Charleston DMV to get a valid government ID because, without it, you are unable to Join the Brotherhood.

Type: Main Quest
Recommended Character level: Level 25+
Prerequisite Quest: Defiance Has Fallen and Back to Basic

  • Register New Personal on third floor of Fort Defiance at terminal across from red lasers. It will be denied because you need an ID.
  • Head to Charleston DMV and begin process of getting ID.
  • Once ID is obtained head back once again to Fort Defiance and become a member of The Brotherhood of Steel.
