Lesser Devils are medium sized striped lizards that can be found in the Tax Evasion Expedition.
The fastest way to grind this out is to launch the above expedition and you'll see an overgrown monorail stop in front of you, pass through this and you will go down some stairs and see a large Nuka Cola sign being used as a bridge to another building on the left at the end of the walkway, go across the sign and round the back of this building you will find 2 of the Lesser Devils, I had to weaken them with my guns before finishing them off with Melee as I don't have a melee build or any great melee weapons.
Simply kill them both with melee weapons and then fast travel to your C.A.M.P or Vault 76, then launch the same expedition again but press A when prompted to start a new one, instead of continuing, this will respawn the same 2 lesser devils. Rinse and repeat and 30 gamerscore will be yours!

your directions worked great. Auto Axe can be used for this. popped for me at like kill 12 but I think 1 of them died falling off upper level.

Just to add to the already great guide above:
If you are having trouble killing them without getting wrecked like I was then you can cheese them, as you run towards where they are you will see 3 small pipes to the right hand side, if you jump up on here and take pot shots at them they can’t get you and will simply freeze in place!
Get their health down as low as possible then jump down and finish them off with a melee weapon

Great tip, I was getting like 4 or 5 shotted in my crappy Excavator armor even after popping Med-X.

Take note, those Lesser Devils do pack a punch. I was at Level 115 with some decent power armor and being a meelee-build, but those things could take me out in two to three punches. Go sneakily for one, do a heavy attack to get max multiplied damage and whack at it till it drops dead. Or whittle its health down with other weapons, but don't forget to kill it with meelee attacks.

During the quest "Lucky Coincidence" you can meet several devils. Also, during the battle with the last boss of this quest, this same boss will periodically summon young devils.
