How to unlock the Mod Master achievement in Fallout: New Vegas - Definitive Guide

This achievement is easily obtained through natural play of the game, but if you find yourself short of 30 mods, I recommend going to the Gun Runners outside of New Vegas as they generally have a large supply of mods and guns to install them on.

On top of the Gun Runners, many other merchants in the game, such as Blake from the Crimson Caravan Company, and the Gun Runners merchant at the 188 Trading Post also have weapons and mods, as well as a bunch of caps. Otherwise, various merchants such as Sgt. Contreras in Camp McCarran may have weapons and caps, possibly even weapon mods.
