Simple. It's part of the main story line. You have to launch the nuclear missle that is in an underground silo. Once you get through "The High Road" area make a left to the construction site. Once you enter the construction site make a left and have ED-E override the control switch as he has done throughout the DLC and then hit the "A" button to engage the nuclear missle then boom...Achievement Unlocked.
*Safety Spoilers*
When you reach the Ashton Silo Control Station there will be a station outside the entrance that ED-E can access and a switch. When you activate the switch a missle will launch and the achievement will unlock. You need to reach this location anyway so I don't believe you can miss this.

I don't want to give out any spoilers, so I will just tell you when the moment will come for you to pop this trophy. Please note that this is story related so you will get this no matter what.
After a few completed quests you will be given a new one named "The Launch". Just keep working the objective and eventually you will be right outside the Ashton Missile Silo. There is a terminal/console that you need to use. And without saying what happens, I'm sure you can piece it together from looking at the name of the quest again.
The trophy will pop as soon as you pull the switch.

You must complete this achievement and the quest that goes along with it in order to progress through the story. The quest related to this achievement is called The Launch.
Story related and cannot be missed.
You will get this trophy after you launch the first rocket with ED-E's help.
