If you can, listing the price of these rooms would be extremely helpful as well so we can know how much to save once we get our population close to the requirement.

They actually change depending on how many rooms you have and how many of one room you already have

Not sure why people are neg voting, solid solution that tells you what you need to know.

They have done it on every one of my solutions on this game despite me explaining how to get the achievement and giving links to pages that help.

I think certain people think they are special and have to have their solution on the game so downvote others.

Voted positive because I'm not an asshat (unlike that unnamed loser).

Is this info available in game? Sure is. Can I view that right now? Nope, I'm at work. My point? It's nice being able to view this information when I'm not playing the game and helps me plan what I might accomplish the next time I do play the game.

Most solutions can be found "in game" but that doesn't mean that its not helpful to bring it to light outside of the game. Who is this clown that downvoted you for providing the correct solution? Oh well, keep up the good work, CREAMY G00DNES5!

So do I need to have 100 dwellers at the same time, or cumulatively?

It's 100 Dwellers at the same time. Once I finally was able to get 100, I quickly ignored everything, unlocked the room and bought it. I don't remember the price but I think it was around 3k to buy. Either know what you're doing and arm your Dwellers properly or do what I did and save up like 20k caps to revive all the ones that die, and send as many Dwellers as you can to rooms that the Deathclaws have already been through. Constantly send them away to avoid them, and revive the ones that die. Or like I said, know what you're doing and deal with them properly. It also helps to have a bunch of Living Quarters built and 1 male and 1 female in each, that way you're making a shit load of babies, and have many radio stations. smile

Mine has been stuck at 87% even though I've built every thing. Hopefully it'll pop for me soon as well.

I'm stuck at 95%

Is it because of rooms built on W10?

I've built at least one of each room and hasn't unlocked. I have removed some of the lower tier food/water rooms, so I will try building them again to see if that pops it or not.

Also built each room type and still at 95%. Only thing I can think of is I haven't upgraded the Nuka-Cola Bottler, the Outfit Workshop and the Theme Workshop fully.

I'm stuck on 95% for this one as well.

I've gone back an rebuilt any of the rooms I had previously removed (Diner, Water treatment) and also upgraded all rooms to highest level. Not sure what else to do from here...

I was thinking of just adding each room again and slowly upgrading over time as they have slightly different names as you upgrade, but not sure that's going to help either.

Happy to hear / try any ideas anyone has.

I have over 100 dwellers, build all rooms, but dont get this achievement. so,what now? Any help?

Edit:
I think i have it. It means to build EVERY room. If you have a room with three blocks you must build all of them, [bkock1-block2-block3] - I think only this count as one room. If you have block1 upgradet and block2 and block3 not, it doesent count. When you upgrade a room, the name of the room change. Then it is a new room. Thats just an oppinion, I didnt testetd it for now.

OK, as mentioned above, I started a second vault to see if I could get the achievement to pop that way. As soon completed the build of the Nuka Cola Bottler (3 wide), the achievement popped. I didn't do anything special as such, just build each room as they were available to build and (I think) ensured the first build of each room type I built was not deleted and was three wide. I have no idea if that made a difference.

I just got this achievement with both my garden and water purifier being 1 wide and the last two rooms I built. It did take around 10 seconds to pop.

Same problem here. Nothing popping. Someone figured out, if you need all three blocks of all the rooms? Or do you need all the upgrades from all the rooms? Anyone have some trick here?

@Sorininf, It's a late reply but I can confirm you do not need to get all rooms to 3 wide, nor level them up. My Nuka Bottling plant was 1 block wide with no upgrades and it popped.

I was stuck at 95% also, I did this:
Build 1 of each room again, all 1 space wide with no upgrades
Bombed the overseers office and build it again with all upgrades
achievement popped after this. Don't know if it has anything to do with the bug, but this worked. Hope this helps :)

It's people like you that make others so afraid to comment and actually leave a reason why they voted negative. Thankfully, I couldn't be bothered with your snotty comment. You clearly don't understand what point I'm trying to get at here. I'm trying to help him understand maybe why his solutions are being voted negative, and trying to help him change the solution and you're here telling him that it's okay, even though he has 9+ and 5-. You're doing nothing but causing problems and maybe making him feel okay with what he wrote down. We're here to work together, and like I said, I'm only here to help.

You're probably one of those people who votes positive on solutions where the achievement description says "Beat the game" and the solution reads off, "This is story related and all you have to do is beat the game and the achievement will unlock". Instead of reporting it, you say "It was helpful". laugh

By the way, I didn't report this solution as it does give some information, just not a lot. Stick to my words Goodness and you will see the votes change. wink

Stuck at 79% with at least one of every room currently in the vault. I'm wondering if upgrading certain rooms causes issues. Gonna save some caps and rebuild every room fresh to see how my numbers change.

When I got the achievement, I had all buildings built at once. I never removed any buildings until the achievement popped. I also did everything on Windows 10. I'm not sure if switching platforms would cause it to track differently or not. I would recommend building all buildings at once without removing them and stick to a single platform. Windows 10, you can do the time skipping trick much easier than on Xbox One. So if you build a few radio rooms and a lot of Living quarters, you can pretty much get 100 Dwellers in about 20 minutes. It won't be the best for defending against DeathClaws so you will either have to be quick and get 100, or just take your time and Level and Upgrade your dwellers to fight off the Deathclaws.

Actually I voted negative because this is information people will find out when buying the rooms as it clearly states how many Dwellers are required for each room when buying it. Not because I wanted to downvote your solution or because I like someone else's.

I'm not trying to be an asshole, if anything I'm trying to help. When you go to purchase a room it tells you right there in front of you, which room and how many dwellers are required to unlock it.

The rooms do not change in price unless you already have one of those rooms placed. So you can start your solution with how to gain 100 Dwellers at once, and how to defend against attacks as I once hat 80 dwellers and lost them all from 1 single attack because I didn't prepare them properly. You can keep the information you have, but maybe add the starting price to each room.

I hope this helps a little, and hopefully it helps you understand why people actually might be disliking your solution. It has nothing to do with who's is better, although that's sort of the point here on TA. The better solution is always at the top. I will change my vote if I see changes made. toast

Building 1 of every room will require you to first have 100 dwellers living in your vault. You don’t have to keep the rooms after building them, just have to build them at least once. The rooms required for this achievement are:

  • Elevator
  • Living Quarters
  • Power Generator
  • Diner
  • Water Treatment
  • Storage room - 12 dwellers required
  • Medbay - 14 dwellers required
  • Science Lab - 16 dwellers required
  • Overseer’s Office - 18 dwellers required
  • Radio Studio - 20 dwellers required
  • Weapon Workshop - 22 dwellers required
  • Weight Room - 24 dwellers required
  • Athletics Room - 26 dwellers required
  • Armory - 28 dwellers required
  • Classroom - 30 dwellers required
  • Outfit Workshop - 32 dwellers required
  • Fitness Room - 35 dwellers required
  • Lounge - 40 dwellers required
  • Theme Workshop - 42 dwellers required
  • Game Room - 45 dwellers required
  • Barbershop - 50 dwellers required
  • Nuclear Reactor - 60 dwellers required
  • Garden - 70 dwellers required
  • Water Purification - 80 dwellers required
  • Nuka-Cola Bottler - 100 dwellers required
0
0

Here is a list of every room you can buy, their cost and the population needed to unlock them:

  • Elevator - 100 Caps
  • Living Quarters - 100 Caps
  • Power Generator - 100 Caps
  • Diner - 100 Caps
  • Water Treatment - 100 Caps
  • Storage Room - 300 Caps (12 Dwellers needed)
  • Medbay - 400 Caps (14 Dwellers needed)
  • Science Lab - 400 Caps (16 Dwellers needed)
  • Overseer's Office - 1,000 Caps (18 Dwellers needed)
  • Radio studio - 600 Caps (20 Dwellers needed)
  • Weapon Workshop - 800 Caps (22 Dwellers needed)
  • Weight Room - 600 Caps (24 Dwellers needed)
  • Athletics Room - 600 Caps (26 Dwellers needed)
  • Armory - 600 Caps (28 Dwellers needed)
  • Classroom - 600 Caps (30 Dwellers needed)
  • Outfit Workshop - 1,200 Caps (32 Dwellers needed)
  • Fitness Room - 600 Caps (35 Dwellers needed)
  • Lounge - 600 Caps - (40 Dwellers needed)
  • Theme Workshop - 3,200 Caps (42 Dwellers needed)
  • Game Room - 600 Caps (45 Dwellers needed)
  • Barbershop - 10,000 Caps (50 Dwellers needed)
  • Nuclear Reactor - 1,200 Caps (60 Dwellers needed)
  • Garden - 1200 Caps (70 Dwellers needed)
  • Water Purification - 1,200 Caps (80 Dwellers needed)
  • Nuka-Cola Bottler- 3,000 Caps (100 Dwellers needed)

Once you have unlocked a room, you don't need the Dwellers required to build it. For example: once you've reached 100 Dwellers and unlocked the Nuka-Cola Bottler, you will still be able to build it later even with less Dwellers. You can also destroy a room as soon as you built it, you don't need to have all the rooms in your Vault in the same time, just build them all at least once.

Rooms of each type must be done all in ONE shelter, only then the trophy will drop.
