How to unlock the Overachieve much? achievement in Fallout Shelter - Definitive Guide

This is a rather simple achievement that takes a lot of patience but it is not hard to complete.

You need to complete 100 objectives in a single vault. These objectives are shown on the third option on the right bottom tab list (pipboy) next to the room construction menu. Most of them are easy but there are some hard ones too.

You can skip one of them each day for free, you may skip more using quantums but I dont suggest to do so. Just skip the hard ones like "Kill (number) deathclaws without weapons" for example. Also, completing the same objective counts towards %. They appear randomly so I cant tell you anything more.

Finally, my thread Collect.... under... minutes objective glitch on these specific objectives may help you grind some of them. Happy stacking!

Debug solutions for the people that their tracker is stuck on Xbox One:

Try to continue your save on Win10. Idk about the opposite though.

Start a new vault and focus on this achievement. This method is boring and requires more time but it works 100%.

Actually there is nothing that can indicate your progress except from the achievement tracker. Dont worry though, this achievement is not bugged at all, and even if something goes wrong, you can always complete >100 objectives, as they are unlimited.

"Overachive much?" got stuck for me at 99% (in theory, 99/100 objectives complete, but I don't see an actual count anywhere in the game.) I didn't have any problems with any other count-based achievements in Fallout Shelter unlocking in a timely fashion on the same device (for example I got 20 legendary weapons a few days after I went past 100 objectives complete, and "Armed and Dangerous" unlocked immediately.) I've since done 5-10 additional objectives, including some I'm pretty sure I haven't already done previously if that matters, and it won't go to 100%.

Well, as far as I know, this achievement can bug at a few people and you are one of them. So, "waded" the only thing you can do is to start a new vault (no need to delete your main vault save) and try to complete 100 quests. This is what I did to unlock "Decorator" which was stuck at 50%. Also, completing the same objective counts towards %.

This takes 30-60 hours depending on how diligently you do the challenges. 60 hours for me, lazily. Recommend you skip the "extinguish 9 fires" and "survive 9 molerat attacks" challenges.

Stuck for me on 95%. I play on PC and Xbox one. Completed more than 180 and start new vault. Legendary weapons stuck on 70% and also don't move. What a shame - i played for 200 hours...

Don't skip the extinguish fires objective. That one is super easy to complete. Just keep rushing and failing your rooms and you'll this one faster the most of the other objectives.

I do recommend skipping the objectives where you have to create 7-8 rare weapons/outfits. Those take rather long to finish and they force you to use up your junk.

Here's a list of all potential objectives you might get. I don't recommend skipping the ones where you get a Lunchbox/Mr. Handy/Pet Carrier. Those are all very good rewards to get.

Objectives are basically side-quests that you can complete inside your vault that reward anything from caps to lunchboxes and can be as simple as assigning the correct dweller to a room, such as a dweller with high Agility to food production, to as difficult as killing a specific type of creature unarmed. You can check to see what your current objectives are by pressing and scrolling down to the third menu option that looks like a ribbon. Objectives can be skipped at the cost of Nuka-Cola Quantum. After you have completed 100, this achievement is yours.

Objectives are quick tasks that will give you Caps, a Lunchbox, a Pet or some Nuka-Cola Quantum once completed. You can only have 3 objectives at the same time but another one will pop immediately after completing one. Some of them are quite grindy but you are able to skip one every day for free. If you want to skip more, you'll need to use Nuka Cola Quantum but if you're using the time skip then you can just skip a day to be able to skip another objective.

Some of them are quick and easy to complete, such as collecting a certain amount of Caps/Resources/Weapons, assign Dwellers to the correct rooms, craft weapons/outfits or use them on your Dwellers etc. Try to complete the easiest ones and skip the ones that you feel are too grindy.

If you get an objective that requires to equip X amount of Dwellers with X item, you can cheat the system by selecting a Dweller, un-equipping whatever the item is, then re-equipping it and moving on to the next Dweller in line - rinse and repeat until the objective is done. This trick also works for the room assignment objectives.

Note that having the rare Parrot with 3x objective bonus equipped to one of your dwellers will save a lot of time, as 1 objective completed will count for 3.

I found a bug that allows you to perform the same tasks ALWAYS, that is, the same tasks will appear in the list of tasks, in this case, increase the character’s level, collect 50 water and food.

So, watching this video https://youtu.be/SW2bYTnXA4k , we see that the action plan is shown here. The video itself was recorded by me personally, so I will now explain everything to you, point by point, what needs to be done.

So, first we must create a new shelter, create rooms of all types (water, food, electricity) and let residents into them.

Having entered the list of tasks, for the bug to work, we must complete ONLY the central tasks. In the video, we come across a task:
Send a villager to the wasteland. We cancel this task by pressing Triangle (the cancel task function is available once a day).

If you did everything correctly, then after canceling this task you should receive a task, either receive 50 water/food or increase your character level. In this video, after cancellation, we came across a task to send 2 residents to suitable rooms, which should not be desirable.

So, after completing this task, we must MUST cancel the next task (usually these are tasks like sell a weapon, a suit, etc.).

In order for us to be able to cancel the task, we must rewind time one day forward. In the video, at this moment the broadcast is interrupted and a blue background appears.

After canceling the task, we see that we got the same or similar task again. We execute it and cancel the following. I also advise you to build rooms and improve them in order to gain 50 units of water or food as quickly as possible.

After a certain period of time, we see that the tasks are repeated one after another, this is the whole point of this glitch, it allows you to knock out 100 tasks without any problems, without even making an effort and does not take much time.

For faster completion, do not forget to use pets with the property “Complete task: xX”, an example of how it works. I have a parrot with the x2 parameter, I need to make 6 unusual cannons, attach it to a person who will build the cannons of this parrot, and after the 3rd cannon the task will be completed.

Combined at the end with the attack of the raiders. In a small population, tasks are easier and each rewind of the day gives a free pass to one unwanted task

These are tasks issued by a pipboy via a button , in the right side pop-up menu.
. 3 of them are given at the same time, these are not the tasks that are in the caretaker’s room with cards (to which people need to be sent). For a long time I couldn’t understand what was wrong... I completed more than 150 tasks with cards, but they didn’t give me achievements, and then I started reading guides.

I couldn’t understand how this trophy differs from the Legend of the Wasteland trophy. In short, you need to complete 100 tasks that you enter through .
I believe that the task of speeding up the room and sending characters to the appropriate rooms are the most profitable tasks. You can move two residents from one room to the next and quickly back before they have time to choose from the room (if they run out, it’s okay). I built a water treatment station, improved it to level 3, and on the left I built another similar station but at the first level. And he dragged two residents from a level 3 room to a level 1 room and back, whose P skill was more or less pumped up. And everything is profit. It's much faster than farming water. I also found a bug on how to greatly reduce the risk of failure during acceleration. Lower the hunger scale to zero and speed up the power plant room (important, only the power plant room)

Completed it at the 70th hour of the game, without rewinding time, doing 2-3 tasks in 24 hours that I didn’t like, skipped once a day for free or for Nuka Cola.
