Assuming that you know how to spell more than 50 words, this one will come naturally as you play the game. Remember that if you play a long word, you can usually replay it for a shorter word.
IE: PASTE can become PAST.
IE: YEARS can become YEAR. (etc)

The game will make a unusual alert-type sound when it sees you've made a word that hasn't been played within that round.

The game is over when someone hits 25 points so the minimum amount of words you can make per game is 5 (you get a point for each letter in each word). You'll very rarely be able to make 5 x 5 letter words and will usually end up having to make 6 or 7 words per round.

The letters often repeat, which doesn't help you for this achievement as you need to make 50 different words. Should only take you around 10 - 15 games and you'll definitely get it on the way to this achievement: -
