Whack-a-Matic
Hit 30 Bop It! commands in a row without missing
40
How to unlock the Whack-a-Matic achievement in Family Game Night 4 The Game Show - Definitive Guide
You will not get this playing against the computer as they suck. Use 2 controllers. On the original Bop It! It's very easy to do by yourself using 2 controllers. Just make sure you hit the correct actions with both controllers, if you go ahead by 2 points you win the round. I haven't tried this method with Extreme Bop It! because I think it would be too tough.

Just wanted to add this is possible when playing Extreme Bop It! and can knock out this achievement and the one for getting 30 in a row on Extreme Bop It! and the same time. You just have to pause immediately after each move is called out so you can set your fingers/controllers up to hit it correctly.

Impossible to do against the computer opponent as they're terrible at it and tend to fail within 10 moves. Easier to do with a partner but can be done on your own by operating two controllers at once. You'll pick up the moves pretty quickly and, if you're going for it on your own, learn them well enough to make the right moves just by listening to the announcer saying the commands.
If you're still struggling to get it on your own, you can pause after each move is announced, get ready to make the right move and then un-pause. You'll then a 3 second countdown before you need to input the move. Pause again as soon as he announces the next etc. To be honest, once you've learnt the moves, you probably won't need the pause thing.
Good luck!
