Oddly a bit annoying but very doable within 5 to 10 minutes once you figure out where the greased up guy is. Shooting helps slow him down but eventually you need to melee him until he drops the flag. Take flag back to capture point rinse and repeat the 5 times needed. If you want the 2nd cheev to go with it simply use 2nd controller and idle.
