Family Guy Back To The Multiverse

To unlock Quagmire you have to finish the secondary objectives in the very first level and then purchase him from the main menu store. After buying him, just go into a local multiplayer game as Quagmire and with a second controller. Just kill the idle player and stand directly over top of them and press down on the d-pad. Achievement unlocked.
