How to unlock the Ugly Tastes Terrible achievement in Family Guy Back To The Multiverse - Definitive Guide

In the final mission I tried dying in the first and second stages of the fight and this achievement didn't pop. It wasn't until I died in the third stage, when the T-Rex is throwing cars at you, that I got the achievement.

couldnt figure that one out!!! thought you just had to fail at any point not just the final part,thank you!!!!

If you're playing co-op, both players need to die simultaneously to pop the achievement.

Nobody posted this yet so I thought I would. Don't worry about dieing and starting over from the beginning of the boss battle.
