Once you have unlocked Sit (Bottom right on the Toy Box screen. 400 GEMs to unlock) simply play it in free play and don't squat down in the green area. Your pet will do a face plant and you will get no score. The achievement unlocks when the game is finished.
Scrapdaddy
One of the mini-games is called "Sit". It is pretty simple and all you need to do is run in place and when you reach the green target mat, stop running and squat down. Your animal will then sit down and slide to a stop. After your animal stops sliding, the closer to the red danger zone you are will determine how many points you get. For this achievement, run as fast as possible and sit as late as possible to slide right off the mat. The achievement will unlock at the end of the event or show, at the overall results screen.
