How to unlock the Next to godliness achievement in Fantastic Pets - Definitive Guide

The achievement is fairly self-explanatory.

However, if you're in a rush and want to get this one out of the way. Go offline and load up the game. Play the 'Wash a pet' game, save and exit, quit to the dasboard, manually adjust the console's calendar to the next day.

Lather, rinse and repeat until unlocked. (Don't forget to blow dry).

Also, I made a mistake once. Because I played at close to midnight, by the time I'd finished Monday it was technically Tuesday if you see what I mean.

Yes I'm sure, I have done the course of seven days twice and neither time has worked, so I started it legit today

Just found out that you can't do this once you have saved it whilst online, so I just started a new game offline and will see if it works this time.

I unlocked it. May be worth updating your solution saying that the calendar glitch doesn't work once you have saved online.

The days in the game change in real time, meaning that Tuesday in the game is actually Tuesday in your time zone. For this achievement to unlock, you need to load up the game every day for seven straight days and choose to complete the “Pet Wash” activity. After completing the final consecutive Pet Wash, a week after your start date, the achievement will unlock.

This can also be done offline by manually manipulating the date of your Xbox. See “Grand high pet master” for specific information on how to complete this.
