After the boost module is installed, and the Seagate is opened, you'll go through a long journey of boating with tons of turbulence, before stopping at the crane.
1. Climb to the very top of the crane.
2. Use the lever to swing the rotating part of the crane to the far right.
3. Drop down to walk on that swinging part, to the claw, and pull it down from the roof.
4. Push it over the edge, and run along the lower level back to the main part of the tower.
5. Drop down to the claw controls, and drop the claw to pick up the debris.
6. Pick the debris up, and the achievement is yours.

The next large structure and barrier you will reach is a giant crane and a large metal arm in the water blocking your path. Climb up and rotate the bottom section of the crane so you can drop down and walk over to access the crane hook, detach it and let it drop down to the water. You then need to move to the small platform below to operate the switch that will lift the metal obstruction out of your path and award you with this trophy.
