How to unlock the Derp achievement in Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon Classic Edition - Definitive Guide

Very easy, 2nd or 3rd Mission you have to go to a Dam.

Jump from the top of the dam and land at the bottom, I landed on the concrete so can't say whether landing in the water works.

Alternatively there's a mission later on where you have to jump down a deep hole.

There is no fall damage as you're a hard @$$ cybernetic soldier!

Yes, the 2nd part of the 5th story mission "I Don't Deal With Psychos, I Put 'Em Away" has you jumping down a shaft that definitely meets this requirement.

During the Dam mission I jumped from the highest point to the lowest point multiple times and this didn't pop.

It is "story related" as in it's impossible to beat the story without getting this achievement, but it can be done at a handful of locations before the mission. I got it jumping down the cliff on the east side of the garrison furthest north west.
