Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon Classic Edition

Here’s a quick and easy way this achievement can be done…

Early on you’ll enter a facility to destroy Brain Cage prototypes for dragons…here, you’ll come across dragons being held behind shields that cannot attack you. Score. Just aggravate one by running in front of it. Do so until it turns red. I would think this is obvious but, DO NOT kill the dragon. Continue on with the mission and once you’re out of the dragons sight (meaning he turns back green) the achievement will pop.

Easy peasy and don’t have to run around and hide like a tool.

After completion of the intro mission,

Find a dragon, preferably in a claimed base. shoot it until it turns red (possibly also shoots at you so that it is engaged with you).

Go find a spot in the base where dragon can't follow and engage stealth.

Once dragon loses interest, achievement unlocks.
