There are many ways to attain this achievement. If you want to get it as quickly as possible, it can be attained after capturing your first garrison, location at X: 523.6, Y: 464.4. From this garrison, you'll want to head North towards X: 542.3, Y:463.9, which will lead you to a tall waterfall. Jumping down will get you the achievement!
Alternatively, you can get this achievement by playing through the game, and one of the missions should have you jump a large height. Also, you can even get this achievement by using a hang glider, and jumping off of it midair at a great height!

Glider method worked best for me. Found one on the way to the dam mission, dropped off accidentally when I got close to the point I was supposed to go to, and fell about 200 meters.

This is fairly simple, just find the highest object you can and jump off it. Just to the left of the Garrison after the first encounters with the dragon cave, you will find a waterfall. This is the first thing you will most likely encounter that’s high enough to unlock this. Throw yourself off the top and enjoy your landing. There’s no need to worry though as this game has no fall damage.

Yes, the waterfall Fizzmatix is talking about is the ideal spot for a swan dive of more than 50 meters. I drove a jeep in the water (bad manoeuver) and had to swim because it was destroyed. I fell over the waterfall's crest by accident and the achievement unlocked much to my delight. Thumbs up, spot-on solution !!

This should come naturally as you progress as a mission requires you to jump down a fairly high vent.
If you want it early, find a hang glider on a mountain, fly it and jump down (hold X) when while you're high enough. It might take a couple tries as it's quite difficult to assess the altitude.

Silly easy. No guesswork or extra machinery required.
When you get to the dam after you free your first garrison and you have to get over the dam to the other side, don't take the stairs - just jump off the top!
