How do you find the "coordinates"?

On a map screen you see coordinates on upper right corner. Just move your cursor around and put custom waypoint.

And i'm not going to change for exact coordinates, it's way easier to spot the head from a little distance. laugh

This achievement can be earned very early in the game, on the main island. You'll want to go to the specific co-ordinates of X: 620.2 & Y: 557.5, and once there, you should see two people hanging from a tree and a head sticking out of the sand. Interact with the head, which is an easter egg related to an old Machinima series, and the achievement is yours.

Located in North Island, Coordinates: (X:620.6, Y:557.8)

This achievement can be located at these coordinates X: 619.7, Y: 559.4 on the main island. It'll be easier to get later on in the game when you've unlocked more of the island, but it can be obtained at any point.

Once you've reached the location, look for the bodies hanging from the tree. A little to the left side of them (back to the water) and buried into the sand you should look out for a head popping out of the sand. Head over to it, then press and hold  on the head to unlock the achievement.

X: 619.7, Y: 559.4 (See top right corner of world map). This is on the beach of one of the northern islands. You can go there shortly after the game starts.

More likely 620.6 557.8
There is a head half buried in the sand, blinking like an object with which you can interact. Click when a hint appears and the trophy drops.
