How to unlock the Magic Mushroom achievement in Far Cry 3 - Definitive Guide

Main story related quest, unmissable if you follow the main story, just head through the cave, have quite a nice magic mushroom trip, and collect the mushrooms at the end of the cave, then head back to Walter Bishop....oppps I mean Dr Earnhart..... :D

*Main story related trophy. Will earn upon completing the necessary quest*

Early in the game you will meet Dr. Earnhardt who has been taking care of one of your friends. He asks you to head into a nearby cave to collect a mushroom. Head inside the cave and take the twisty/climby path to the mushrooms. After collecting, return to the doc and you will unlock the trophy.

This trophy will unlock automatically by playing through the story. You will get it after completing mission 5. The difficulty does not matter.
