Supply drop quests are unlocked when you liberate outposts, you will liberate an outpost with help from allies near the beginning of the game, once you've done this, the supply drop mission will be unlocked, head towards the icon on the map, hop on the quadbike and follow the flares, it's not difficult to complete.

After you liberate an outpost, certain "jobs" will be posted on a bulletin board. These jobs will be given icons on your map if you apparently have trouble finding them.

Supply Drop quests will require you to jump on an ATV or some other vehicle and bring supplies to a marked location. These mission ARE timed. You will be given flares that will mark the path to the destination. Follow the flares and if you arrive within the time limit, you will complete the quest and unlock the trophy.

After liberating an Outpost and accessing new Radio Towers, these will become available to you via random locations on the map. The Supply Drop quests are shown to you via a Blue Plus icon. These quests are a checkpoint race, where you need to deliver the medic kit to a set location.

At the start, you'll be given a vehicle and then you'll need to drive and follow the smoke checkpoints to the destination. You'll want to get there as fast as possible as you're also given a time limit. Most of these are pretty easy to finish on time, but some are a little harder due to the terrain you have to cover. Just take each part carefully and don't put your foot down in hilly or bumpy areas.

Supply Drop is a series of side quests. These quests become available after activating radio towers. They are shown with a symbol on your world map. Successfully complete one single of these quests to unlock the trophy. Your objective is to drive through some checkpoints with a certain vehicle. Your time is limited.
