How to unlock the Fully Loaded achievement in Far Cry 4 - Definitive Guide

Do not wait until the end of the game to scrounge up skill points. I would recommend farming early on to save yourself a few hours in the end. Playing in a friend's or co-op game will help once you finish your game and liberate all the outposts, however, it's already difficult to find a co-op game (as of 11/25/2014).

Replaying outposts will not net you any xp after you beat them once in the story. After finishing the story, you'll have to do any missions in the game that show they'll award you xp in the preview mission screen when you hover over the mission icon. Below I'll attach two videos that I did not make in hopes of helping others.

UPDATE:

Thanks to Arsenic 17 for the reminder that there is a missable skill if you fail to liberate two outposts undetected by the end of the game. I can confirm that replaying the outposts from a liberated outpost does not count. This is very simple to do from a distance with a suppressed sniper rifle. If you fail to liberate 2 outposts undetected by the end of the game, you will have to start a new game.

UPDATE 1.5:

Thanks for this Kennyannydenny:

"You can reset the outposts to enemy ones by going to the Menu > Gameplay (campaign) > Reset Outposts. This will make all outposts enemy outposts again. So there's no need to start a new save, only problem is that you have to recapture EVERY outpost, and not just two."

My advice would be to liberate them all first and then reset them, that way you're not stuck doing them all or a majority of them twice.

UPDATE 2:

You need to purchase all 10 skill points for the 4 skills on the elephant side to unlock this achievement.

If you are detected just die. It will start you up at the beginning right outside the fortress.

Could be good to mention that the one skill that is related to outpost undetected is missable (as you cannot unlock it even in outpost replays). This is what I heard didnt test it tho.

Not doing two outposts undected before finishing them all would mean that skill is unavailable to you permanently. .

You would only need to recapture 2 undetected assuming you have already gotten the achievement for liberating all outposts.

Do they give you xp again if you do the reset? Because then there would be no point to the boosting videos.

Important tip for getting the 2 Outposts Undetected: If you get discovered, pause the game and turn off the xbox and it will not count against you. But, yes definitely the best route is to use the M-700 w/ suppressed barrel.

I would say leave a good 5 or so outposts till you get the Z93. It's OHK anywhere on body except on Heavies and Pyros and can be suppressed. With the enhanced scope and some diligent camera viewing before hand you take take most of the outposts from afar with no trouble at all.

Exactly which skill (or skill tree for that matter) is related to liberating two outposts undetected? I believe I already have completed it, but once you learn the skill, the game no longer offers a hint.

Just to add, you can get undetected even if you use the gun for hire tokens, which is what I just did as I only had the hard ones left I sat at a vantage point and called guns for hire then while the enemy was busy I picked of some of them with a suppressed sniper riffle

Also to add, since it was confusing for me... undetected doesn't mean that bodies weren't discovered etc. I was making it really hard on myself thinking I had to be completely silent. Provided you're not "seen" by anyone, it doesn't matter if they find your handiwork prior to completing the outpost.

I have maxed out both skill trees but the achievement is not popping for me. I believe that this is because I have reset the outposts.

Can anyone who has got this confirm whether I now need to just do 2 of the outposts undetected or whether I need to do all of them again (detected or otherwise) for the achievement to pop? Many thanks.

There is more than enough XP to get this achievement long before you get to 100%. At 62% I only needed another 24,000XP. But if you prefer repeating the same action over and over again instead of playing the game, go ahead.

The game rewards you for stealth kills, knife throws, multi-kills, even head shots get 2.5x XP. Taking outposts undetected also gives more XP.

What you said in the first Update isn't true. You can reset the outposts to enemy ones by going to the menu > Gameplay (campaign) > Reset Outposts. This will make all outposts enemy outposts again. So there's no need to start a new save, only problem is that you have to recapture EVERY outpost, and not just two.

"UPDATE 2:

You need to purchase all 10 skill points for the 4 skills on the elephant side to unlock this achievement."

This is what I was looking for....oh well, only 24 more points to go!!

By the way, I never used the Hunting Syringe until about halfway into the game after I realized how INVALUABLE it was in doing the outposts undetected!!!!

Update: Each Skill Point is only 2,000 XP..........collecting masks and posters gives you 250 XP, plus collecting "X" amount gives you bonus XP, plus each Mohan Ghale Journal and lost letter gives you 500 a piece (you need 10 anyways for a cheevo)

This method was inspired by i T e c h n o Z on TA! So all credit goes to you! You want to go to Pagan's fortress (If conquered, go to "Gameplay Settings" and reset outposts). You must progress through the story to the point of the gate being open. Take a left up the stairs an takedown the heavy. progress down the walkway and takedown one more enemy. Aerial takedown the heavy below you. Continue to get a few more kills. Then press SAVE and let the enemies kill you. You will spawn just outside the fortress with your XP. My run got me about 3000 XP in about 50 seconds. That's enough for 1 1/2 skill points. My video shows/explains it a little bit better!

If Pagan hasn't been weakened enough, there will be mines around his complex and you can't do this. You can camp outside, though, and headshot people with a sniper rifle for about 1 skill point per life, though. It's not as fast, but I was able to bang out the rest of my skill points in less than an hour.

You will be able to continue playing after you have finished the story so don't worry if you haven't unlocked all the skills by the end of the game.

There is one sort of missable skill which is the soft landing skill. To unlock this you need to take down two outposts undetected and if you replay missions via outpost master it doesn't count. I would recommend getting these done early on when you have fewer enemies and alarms. If you haven't got it by the end of the game you can reset all the outposts and fortresses via the campaign section of the options menu.

Also there are four skills on the elephant side that you need to purchase 10 times each before they count as fully unlocked.

If you don't want to get your final lot of skills through normal gameplay I used the video below to grind out some XP. I found I needed to accumulate 2000 XP and purchase a skill before dying for the XP to count.

In order to earn this trophy, you will have to learn every single skill in the game. This means that you will have to learn every skill for both The Tiger, and The Elephant. This will be the most time consuming trophy that you will earn, as not only do you need to earn skill points, but you have to unlock the skill as well by doing certain tasks in order to even learn that skill. In order to view your skill point menu, select the "Skills" section from the menu. There are a total of 48 skills.

Four of the skills in the Elephant side have 10 levels, so you must upgrade all four of these skills to the max (10), in order for them to count towards fully upgrading the skill tree. So you will need a total of 40 skill points in order to max out all four of these skills. The four skills are as follows:

  • Karma Boosts
  • Focus Syringe - Duration Boosts
  • Healing Syringe - Duration Boosts
  • Hunting Syringe - Duration Boosts

(The image above shows the Skill Point Menu).

You will earn 1 skill point for every 2000 XP that you earn. The requirement does not change after "leveling up", as there really isn't a level system in the game. You earn XP by doing just about everything in the game. This includes: killing enemies, completing certain tasks, activities, missions, quests, collecting collectibles, and completing challenges. Gathering enough skill points to learn every skill will be a huge grind. We, however, found a useful method to farm XP rather quickly where you can earn 1750 XP in less than a minute. To view this method, refer to the video below:

There is a 3rd heavy enemy here, but he can be a little tricky to kill consistently. That is why we only suggest you kill the ones in the video. it will make things go quickly and smoother. Bear in mind that some skills have more than one ranked, so they will have to be learned multiple times. This includes: Karma Boost, and Duration Boosts. All of these skills will have to be learned 10 times in order to fully learn the skill, below is a list of every skill that you must learn, and how to unlock it. When you learn your final skill, the trophy will unlock.

There are a total of 24 Tiger skills and 24 Elephant skills in the game. The Tiger is focused on attacking abilities, the Elephant is focused on survival.

By completing tasks, killing enemies, capturing towers and outposts, and attacking fortresses, you will receive points as your level increases, which must be spent on unlocking all 48 skills.

Half of the skills are not available at the beginning of the game. All of them will open for unlocking only as the campaign progresses and third-party missions and certain conditions are completed.

I found an even faster way to farm experience. The scene is the same (the fortress of Pagan Min).

You need a weapon with a silencer and 2 skills “killing from above” and “killing a heavy fighter”.

In a minute we get 2800 experience, easily and quickly.

Video about gaining experience.

I don't see any point in boosting the trophy, because as you progress through the game you will get most of the skills. By collecting items you also gain experience, so you shouldn’t focus too much on it. I personally fell out).

The location of the farm is "Rajgad Concentration Camp", Pagan's fortress in short. In one run, in stealth, 3 heavies and 2 soldiers are calmly killed, and experience drips. Checked personally. In 1.5 hours I gained 37 experience points.

We do everything as described in the first tips, just don’t kill a couple of soldiers and die, so you’ll waste more time.
It’s better to do it this way, we kill everything as in the video and kill the snipers, preferably in the head, and raise the alarm, a couple more enemies in armored armor will come, so we kill them and you can die.

And one more thing when killing “heavy” ones, and if you have already opened one point, immediately pump it in and do not finish capturing the fortress to the end. I farmed the last three skills for the Elephant this way. They are just one point at a time.
If the fortress is not completely captured and you do not immediately spend a skill point, then you will roll back again and the skill point will be taken away from you if you do not spend it immediately before death.

If the tips described above did not work, then you can reset the outposts. When you start going through them, it is advisable to kill opponents with a knife (this gives more experience) and jump on top of them. In an hour and a half I accumulated 20 skill points

I advise you not to bother with any boost, but simply collect all the masks and letters that you come across along the way in the game. I assembled everything myself and completed all the side tasks. So already during the mission to capture the bridge to the North (about 60% of the game), I stopped accruing experience, since the number of points was already enough for all the skills. Although not all are available immediately.

I found a bug, double-checked it, and it works. I checked only at the outpost indicated in the video.

After capturing this outpost, we wait for the first attack on it, then follow the steps in the video.

For defending an outpost you are given 800 experience points + 100 karma points, plus for killing enemies in a variety of ways.

If you don't have enough ammunition, you can go to the store at the outpost after clearing one of the waves of attackers.

I also received the trophy “Defender / Defender - repel the attack of three punitive squads”

IMPORTANT!
Really. Now, when replaying after completing the campaign, experience in the fortress is not given. Apparently this was removed in one of the latest patches.
Now you need to farm experience according to the method described in the first tip before you complete the campaign and kill Pagan (or not kill him). Since the fortress will not be weakened, the entrance will be mined. To successfully bypass the mines from the respawn point, we run along the road towards the fortress, without turning off. We run through the first mini-fence, run through the gate, run through the second mini-fence with the “Dangerous” icon and immediately after it turn right and jump onto the stone near the wall. We move along the stone, clinging to the wall, carefully jump off and go into the gate (if you try to enter in any other way, you will 100% blow yourself up and thereby raise the alarm in the fortress). Next, proceed as in the video from the first tip.
Now it takes a little more time due to bypassing the mines, but the essence does not change much. In 30 minutes I gained 40+ levels.

Experience is given not only for the murder, but also for how it happened. Who wrote that you can take headshots, but this doesn’t always work out, especially since they give you 25xp for them, compared to the usual 10xp. As soon as a grenade launcher with more shells than the RPG-7 becomes available to you. Get 30xp for one kill. To have a lot of shells, pump up the patronage for heavy shells, maximum 50. Armored and flamethrower units can only be killed with a knife, having pumped up the skill. Clear 2 posts quietly for another ochiva, and then go on a rampage! Let reinforcements come with a grenade launcher, because there will often be armored people there. In this way I got all the skills, there were still 2 outposts left, provided that I collected if there were posters nearby, and the grenade launcher would help get them if they were high.

If you need a large amount of experience, then you can boost it near the fortress of Pagan Min for about 1750 xp / 30-40 seconds. I'm inserting a link to my video of this joke. If you don’t understand something, then you just need to quickly kill the heavy warrior, then kill the soldier behind the machine gun with a headshot, and then kill another heavy one from above, then save, and, with peace of mind, let them kill you!

ATTENTION!!! This method is possible if you have the “kill from above” and “kill a heavy fighter” skills unlocked.

It would also be nice for the campaign to be completed and the fortress to be weakened.
