Far Cry 4

Buy a Sniper Rifle and go to the Outpost called Rochan Brick Co. Shipping, the Coordinates are X: 393.8 Y: 503.8. Here you find 2 Enemies close together on the Street and both standing completely still. Position yourself so that both are in a line, then shoot the Enemies in the Head. Here is a Picture of the two

If you have already liberate the Outpost, use Outpost Master to replay the Outpost.

The first step is acquiring a sniper rifle. You can find one on and enemy, or buy one from any fast travel location. I recommend using the SVD.

Next, you'll want to go to Rochan Brick Shipping Co. Outpost (X: 392.8 Y: 505.0) on your map. If you've already captured it, just start the "Outpost Master" quest inside the base.

Once near the base, use your camera to find 2 enemies standing very close to each other next to the road that passes through the base. Line up the headshot to kill both enemies, steady your aim, and shoot to kill both of them. If you miss, just die and try again. Killing both of them with 1 bullet will unlock the achievement.

Note: Using a sniper bullet to shoot an explosive does not work.

- Shanath Training Ground | (X: 255 Y: 543)
- Pick any Sniper rifle

Travel to Shanath Training Ground at (X: 255 Y: 543) and bring any Sniper Rifle. You will see 2 guards standing next to each other near the cages. They stand there for a long time and probably won't move at all. If you jump on the rock in the video you will have a clear shot at both of them. Aim at their heads and take them out with one bullet.

This solution is for those who have already liberated the outposts suggested in the other solutions here. In which case, you have probably already spent far too long retrying Outpost Master for Rochan Brick Shipping Co. Outpost only to realise that you will never get the two guys lined up like the time you originally took the outpost. However, I have found a guaranteed/repeatable spot that can be obtained using Outpost Master at Rochan Brick Co. Storage (X: 440, Y 543); note it is "Storage" not "Shipping". You will always start in the same position and from there it takes less than 20 seconds to get the double head shot.

Please note that Smulf reports that you need to play on easy for the two guards to be found in that spot. However, on hard, if you are patient and can time it just right then SteveyK21 reports that a guy walks around and lines up with this shot.

This is by far the easiest shot I have found to get this achievement, the only problem is it is located in a mission I am pretty sure you cannot replay. You can get this achievement very easily during the mission "The Sermon on the Mount." This is the first mission you do for Longinus (excluding the first time you move to his "Y" to meet him). You gain the mission near Paul's fortress at the camp at the top of the hill. After talking to Longinus you leave his tent and talk to the Sherpa standing outside. He will take you to the Himalayas.

When the Himalayas loads you will be in a snowy valley facing west. Follow the valley until you come across a lone soldier shoveling snow. Use a take down to kill him and put on his oxygen mask. Continue west to a climbable ledge with ropes hanging down. Standing at the top of this ledge your objective marker will be to your southish and in front of you to the west will be a camp consisting of two tents. In between these two tents are two soldiers having a conversation very close to each other.

Drop from the edge and proceed to the north end of the camp by staying right and hugging the cliff wall. Due to the storm it is difficult for the enemy to detect you making this movement incredibly quick and easy while also allowing you to sneak incredibly close to the soldiers before you are in any danger of being detected. Once you are located north of the soldiers and are so close it is impossible to miss take one well placed headshot which will kill both soldiers.

There are so few soldiers in this camp that my suppressed sniper rifle didn't even alert any other guards when I earned the achievement.

A final note, it appears that this needs to be a headshot to penetrate the first soldier and kill the second one. While playing through the game I placed several shots in the body of a soldier lined up with another but this only killed the first one and the second appeared unharmed.

I got this early on, at the very first, story related outpost, Khilana Bazaar. I first marked as many of the enemies as I could, so I knew where everyone was. I then ran around the outer edge of the outpost, as you'll see in the video.

I mark the final guard, who has been behind a house to that point. Wait for the guard at the front to make his way to me, distract him with a rock and take him out. I then quickly moved into position on the other side of the fence and took aim at the two guards talking in front of the Elephant cage. Another guard will walk towards the first two that you're aiming at. Hold your breath just as he's getting there and take the shot. If you do it right, not only will you kill two guards with one bullet, but the bullet should break open the cage. At this point, just sit back and let the angry Elephant do the rest of the work.

There are probably endless possibilities to getting this, I just found this to be the first opportunity that I found, as well as one of the easier ones to get.

1) Buy a sniper
2) Liberate the Royal Raksi Brewery (X: 553, Y:534)
3) A hostage rescue mission will show up on the map
4) Accept the mission and head to the waypoint
5) Take out the two guards by the door and sneak inside
6) There will be two guards sitting next to each other on the ground. Crouch and line up a double headshot

The achievement is yours.

To obtain this Achievement you need to first purchase a sniper rifle, you can buy one for 35,000, the SVD. Once you have this you travel to the Rochan Brick Co. Shipping Outpost where there will be 2 enemies lined up, get in close and take them out.
