What does "Solo Campaign only" really mean?
Is it host only, or is it unavailable in co-op?
I mean, otherwise it would be missable, right?

I think I might have encountered a glitch on this achievement, I happened to liberate the outpost where the plane is located before meeting Nick. I did his mission but the achievement never unlocked even though when I check the log it shows the mission as complete.

did the other mission for him, flew around in the plane after completing it, still no achievement. Don't liberate the Seed Ranch before meeting Nick or else it could happen to you also

Edit: after starting a new playthrough, I went to directly to Nick's airfield after doing the mission's for Dutch to unlock the rest of the map. I got the mission to find his plane and went to the Seed ranch, only killing those that in my way to get the plane, upon completing the mission the achievement unlocked

I beat the two Nick missions. Achievement hasn’t popped. It’s been probably 24 hours. Was hoping for a silent pop. I really don’t want to have to start over again.

The last part of the mission was bugged for me. The part, where
, the mission objective for
wouldn’t complete. I read about it on some forums, some have experienced that if you try to restart the mission or just leave and retry, the mission could become incompleatable. Personally, I reloaded the checkpoint, and did the last part again. Achievement unlocked.

I try the do the mission and I fail the first time! I was unable to do it again so I clear some other mission and I was able to do it when I finish the John Seed quest

Playing from GamePass, this is a very simple achievement via normal gameplay, no unlocking issues.

It's definitely glitched. I didn't get the achievement after the mission. And I didn't liberate the ranch before meeting Nick.

EDIT: it unlocked after I destroyed the first objective (the fuel pump) in the Air Raid mission.

I cleared the John Seed Ranch (and final mission with Seed) before attempting Nick Rye's mission. I had attempted to do Nick's mission between clearing the Ranch and the final story portion of this area, but no enemies populated the area. After completing Seed's mission, I returned to Nick Rye and was able to complete both of his missions (clearing his airfield, and the air-raid mission). Following that, I am able to use his plane whenever I fast travel to the area, but cannot get the achievement to pop. I have a feeling that resetting the outposts may allow me to grab this for some reason, but since I haven't beaten the game I am unwilling to do so at this point.

Anybody else find a work-around yet?

EDIT: I finished the final Nick mission (involving Kim), and have since entered the next province. At some point since I posted this comment and the time-stamp for the edit, the achievement silent-popped).

This achievement can potentially glitch if you liberate the Seed Ranch Outpost prior to completing the "Wingman" mission from Nick Rye.

This is story-related and cannot be missed. Complete the mission "Wingman" from Nick Rye at Rye & Sons Aviation in John's Region to unlock the achievement.

For this trophy, you need to help Nick Rye at Rye and Sons Aviation in John's region, located southwest of Fall's End.
While this is not missable, it's possible to liberate John's Region without completing Nick's story quest, but you can undertake this at any point in the game. The trophy will unlock upon completing the 'Wingman' quest.
