This will most likely come as you play along as I got this by playing randomly for 2-3 hours, but I would highly recommend the solution above to save yourself a lot of bother.
Another good map to use as a boosting method with a group is the Beach map (forgive me as I can't remember the exact name of it), but there are 3 helicopters; two on either side of the spawns and one in the middle. You can just spawn kill from there. There is a 5 minute time limit along with a 50 kill limit (I believe) so won't take you long if you're trading kills in a party.

A nice fact here, this trophy can be easily earned with two people working in private matches which are very simple to create. Have one player enter the Multiplayer lobby and create a new closed lobby - it doesn't matter how easy or hard the password is, just so long as it's shared with the other player lol.
The other player then enters the lobby browser and hits the SQUARE button to join using the given password.
The host searches for the creator ChronicXBladePro for the featured map 'Shovel Dodgers 2' lasting for 15min and with a 200 kill limit. At the time of posting, it's the only featured map he's created.
Admittedly the trophy is unlikely to be popped in a single match regardless of the kill limit (due to respawn rates), but it's a very easy map to grind the kills on - think of a sealed dodgeball court (with no cover), only instead of a net there's a suicide drop, instead of a ball you're armed with an infinite supply of shovels, and it only takes a single hit to kill your target - aim with LT and throw with RT.
Just remember that the coding for the servers are a bit less boost-friendly than other games, seeing as how if one player is inactive for two minutes they're automatically disconnected from the match while the other is given a defeat, so both players have to be active for this to work.

Thanks to the top solution on TA the best map I came across is called “Shovel Dodgers”, it can also be boosted with two people in a closed multiplayer lobby. You can squeeze in approx 20 kills within the five minute timeframe, you can also complete “Arcade Competitor” at the same time. I can confirm that you can replay this same map and it will count.

From the main menu, select "Arcade" then 
across to "Arcade / Community" page. Now select "Arcade Hero - Multiplayer." It’s now up to you to simply get 100 kills throughout all the games you take part in.

This will most likely unlock naturally whilst going for Arcade Competitor. If it doesn't, just keep playing matches until you reach 100 kills. This is all dependent on player skill but it shouldn't be too difficult regardless. You can also boost this.
