How to unlock the Hitting it Off achievement in Far Cry 5 - Definitive Guide

Press the cn_back button and head to online. Open your session and invite a friend. Do 3 missions, can be side missions or story, and upon completion it will pop for BOTH parties.

Hero! Thanks, that makes life easier for everyone.
You do not need a headset, you can just head for anything you want to do with your partner, as it's on your campaign it doesn't affect theirs. Or vice versa.

Create a boosting session. Don't use comments to try and find a boosting partner. The sessions will notify anyone who has the game set up for boosting.

You mean the "View" button. Or Select as it used to be called, and i do still call it that :P
Pressing start gives you the Regular Pause menu, View is for Map/Journal/roster/Perk/Challenge/Inventory/Online/Character Customization :)

(Not bashing or anything, just that i got confused where Online thing was, i'm that dumb)

Is it enough to finish a quest for it to count or does it need to be started in multiplayer? Would preloading the collectible quests count if I grabbed everything but the last one and collected that last one in co-op?

I am stuck in the bunker i cannot get out , the door are locked in the mission ONLY YOU .I tried to load last checkpoint and to kill myself but no luck . I deleted my savegame on my xbox also no luck . Anyone experienced this . Is it possible to invite someone and to complete this so i can get out ?

To comment on my own question above: I can now confirm that you can pre-load the collectible missions in single player. Then grab the last collectible and turn the quest in while in co-op later.

It might be possible to grab all collectibles but wait to turn the quests in until you're in co-op. I didn't want to risk that, though

Just did this one, I can confirm that vehicle convoys also count. We did one Outpost, were flying to another, destroyed a truck/car convoy along the way. Then, completed the second outpost and it popped.

For those who do not have friends that play, but have a second Xbox, you can complete this by yourself, with a second gamer tag. Its a bit of a pain, but It can be done

This is really annoying. I have done this now with a friend done over 10 missions of all variety’s and the meter is stuck on 66%.
The Ubisoft scorer pops but no achievement. Any ideas?

This cheevo can be done doing prepper stashs. FYI....the host needs to pick up the key card for key card doors or it will not count towards cheevo progression. Good luck!

Easiest way is to liberate three outposts. No need to get a quest or turn it in.

If you've already done all the outposts, reset them with Outpost Master in the pause menu.

Once you’ve loaded your game, press and tab across to "Online." Now select "Invite Friends" and choose a friend to join your game. All you have to do now is complete three missions of any sort - side missions, Outposts, Prepper Stashes - and the achievement will unlock.

All three quests do not have to be in your game; you can do them one on your file and the other two in a friend's game, for example.

For this trophy, you must must invite a friend or be invited to play co-op. Completing 3 quests is very quick and easy; liberating outposts and finding pepper stashes is the fastest way, or side missions given by NPC's.

I didn’t have a friend with the game, so I joined the largest community for the game and there I joined a game session, ran through 3 random missions and that’s it!

I completed three different tasks with three different people and the achievement was counted, it is not necessary to complete it with one person.

I would like to add that you need exactly 3 missions with the same person; if you complete 2 missions with different randoms, it will not count. in my case it happened about 5 times because after the first or second mission my partners suffered from nonsense.

It’s enough just to connect to someone and go through 3 missions. Two will roll.

Actions to receive :

1) You need a friend with the game, no left user will enter your game and it will be impossible to come to an agreement with him;
2) A more or less stable and powerful Internet is required;
3) The invitation to throw is meaningless, an error about the server was constantly displayed;
4) In the settings, check the possibility of free connection to your game;
