You get the achievement after completing the main story mission "The World is Weak".
You will receive the mission soon after you are in Jacob's region and started to deliberate it towards Resistance level 2.
As before, you will be searched by enemies and will get captured eventually - after that the mission will start.
Upon finishing the mission, the achievement is yours.

This is story-related and cannot be missed. As you start to liberate Jacob's Region and progress towards Resistance Level 2, a search party will be sent out to capture you again. Once you've been captured, complete the mission "The World is Weak" to unlock the achievement.

You will unlock this trophy upon completing 'The World is Weak' quest in Jacob's Region. After accumulating some resistance points, you will automatically be placed in to this mission after being hunted down by a capture party (which is unavoidable).
