I seven glitched achievement at the end of game.

This achievement has glitched for me MS has fixed the achievement issues and still this has not unlocked.

I had to start the game again for the achievement to unlock

Glitched for me on three different profiles only resolution is replay to unlock. Shenanigans. /:

This achievement has glitched for me just completed the story mission I can use the cat as a follower and I checked the quests and it says its done but no achievement

This is story-related and cannot be missed. Complete the mission "Hey Kitty, Kitty" from Miss Mable at Peaches Taxidermy in Faith's Region to unlock the achievement.

Like with Sewer Rat, it's possible to Liberate Faith's region without undertaking this quest, but you can do so at any time. The mission is available at Peaches Taxidermy in Faith's Region; the trophy will unlock after completing it.
