At Lola´s place in your camp you can choose to do Bandido Operations on the right side. It is looking like a big pinboard. Just complete 5 to get the trophy by sending out guerillas to missions while doing some other things.

To activate operations you need to recruit leaders. The first two are given according to the plot, the trophy can be made with them. But keep in mind that the leader may be injured during the operation and become unavailable for an extended period of time. It is also better to choose operations where the requirements include the skills that your leaders have.
After you select a leader on the board and start the operation, after some time (usually several hours in real time), a notification will appear on your left that the bandidos are waiting for instructions. You will need to go to one of the bandido boards again and new options will appear on the selected operation (you will need to select three steps, if successful, you will complete the operation and receive a bonus).
