The trophy dropped before the final, as the Ubisoft Connect store sells 2 unique guns that count towards the count.
the final mission, after the point of no return, unlocks the last 2 unique guns.

If you knocked out a trophy on the Ps4 version, copy the cloud save Ps4 > Ps5, replace any weapon in the arsenal with a unique one

Not only unique ones, but also overclocked ones are taken into account. Purchase on the black market, after the plot, kill the rebel as well as ubisoft connect.
