If you fly very close to the ground, the anti-aircraft gun will not be able to shoot you down. This way you can quickly get to them and clear the airspace, which will significantly speed up your movement around the map.
If the red inscription does not flash on the screen and they do not shout into the radio for you to sit down, then you are at the right height and you will not be shot down.
