How to unlock the Outdated Tech achievement in Far Cry 6 - Definitive Guide

This is how you get the Outdated Tech Trophy.

First, build a Third Tier Bandido Barracks
Purchase the Techmaster Band from the Barracks and equip the band
Go to a Checkpoint, these usually only have 1 alarm
Go to the alarm and Sabotage it
Start the fight and wait till a guard goes to the alarm.

In order to be able to mine alarms, you need to wear the “Technician Bracelet”. It can be found either in boxes, or upgraded in the settlement to the 3rd level of the Bandidos barracks and bought there. The trophy will drop after the enemy uses the booby-trapped alarm.

If you have captured all the FND checkpoints and bases, then after completing the game rebels will appear and some bases and checkpoints will need to be captured again.

The easiest way to do this is at the checkpoint. There are usually only a couple of enemies and one signal. We sneak around, set a mine, attract attention to ourselves, watch as the person running towards the signal amusingly blows himself up over it and the trophy is yours.
