How to unlock the Termination Phase achievement in Far Cry 6 - Definitive Guide

For this trophy you have to select a mission at the terminal for the special operations and most importantly, you have to set the level of difficulty to at least master 1. As soon as you are in the mission, lola will inform you that you should free some of their guerrillios. this is a side mission. On each of the missions there are 3 areas where you can find the guerrillios. The position is marked each time with a pink flare that you can see in the air. When freeing it is important to kill the special units quickly, otherwise the hostages will be shot. After the 3 hostages have been freed, the side mission is completed. Lola will give you a quick call. then you can go to the options and choose restart in system tab. The whole thing should not take longer than 5 minutes. Repeat the process 10 times in the best case and the trophy is yours.

Online trophy, but can be played alone.
Special operations can be started from the quest board in your 3 main camps, which open according to the story.

Hostages appear (randomly on the map) only on Mastery difficulty 1 and higher (difficulty opens after completing the operation for the first time)
After rescuing the prisoners, you do not need to complete the mission, just restart the operation and rescue again.

There are 3 prisoners in each mission. The easiest and fastest way to knock them out is with a cannon. We turn on Bankai and take out the commandos through the walls. This way the prisoners don’t suffer and everything happens very quickly. Then restart and again.
On the map of Puerta Del Eden you can quickly get there using windsurf

We received a trophy in the park of the Mesozoic era, we run to the point from where the signal flare flies into the sky, shoot all the enemies with a sniper, and free 3 informants. Restart 10 times and the trophy is yours. At every point where they met me there were excellent sniper positions.
