How to unlock the Of Ravens And Crowes achievement in Far Cry Classic - Definitive Guide

You can get this achievement in the 16th level called "River". You can NOT get this in the level "Boat" when Crowe is attacking you from a chopper. This has to be done two levels later. Make sure that you have a Sniper rifle in your inventory during this level (you might be able to pick one up right before you're going up against Crowe)

After you've cruised down the river with your boat you will get into the jungle. Doyle will mention that Crowe is ahead of you. When you get to the area with Crowe you'll have to kill four soldiers at the beginning. Take them all down and then slowly move forwards.

Have your binoculars up to mark a large group of enemies. One of those enemies is Crowe. You can easily spot him because he's wearing his cowboy hat and he also has a different outfit.

If you approached him slowly he won't spot you and you can easily line up a shot with your Sniper. Other guns might work just as well but the easiest and safest way for a clean headshot (and one headshot will kill him, at least on Easy).

Even if you alert the second batch of guards, it isn't a big problem. Just pick them off and deal with Crowe separately. In my game, he spent a lot of time standing still, even when alerted, and was easy to pick off with a sniper rifle.

If you add the specific way to get this sniper rifle, I'll give you my thumbs up. But I could see it, but couldn't reach it.

I found the sniper rifle actually right next to Crowe. Search the camp he is in. Find the gun and hide until you can take him out.

I had no sniper ammo but was relieved to be able to refill my ammo before you head into the area where Crowe is located. This is at the end of the boat sequences.

The vids good but imo taking out the other guys first just alerted Crowe making him run about kinda harder than being stealthy & sniping him first

This is achieved on Mission 16 (River). About midway into the mission you will approach the jungle area where Crowe and several of his henchmen are located. In the first little area you will have to take out 4 enemies, then move a little forward and make sure to mark everyone with your binoculars. You will see Crowe there as he is the one wearing the cowboy hat, simply kill him with a headshot with either a sniper rifle or the AG36 assault rifle as it has a scope attached to it.
