Super easy method for the achievement, but some context first.
After freeing Bean in Act 1, you will find friendly NPC's around the map with blueish-green "!" symbols above their head around the map. You need to speak to 10, and you'll unlock the achievement. This is the only missable achievement in the game; if you happen to find all areas or do everything 100%, they will disappear.
However, you can unlock this in around 5-10 minutes if you wait until you have upgraded Expeditions at Rank II. Go unlock (presumably) any outpost (for me, it was The Pantry Rank II so I can guarantee that one works). Once liberated, there will be a women in front of the barn with a "!" symbol (right next to the scavenge station). Speak to her to get 1 of your 10 chats with a scout. Then fast travel back to Prosperity, and immediately fast travel and she'll be back in the same spot. Even though its the same woman, she'll keep giving different advice and increase your progress by 10% each time. Rinse and repeat until you get the achievement.
I had 40% already, so I only had to do this 6 times. Just gets the only missable one out the way quickly

You do NOT need ‘Expeditions Lvl 2’ for this to be fast. After locating ‘Bean’, you can fast travel back to Prosperity and speak to the guy here near the front entrance. After speaking to him, open up your map and fast travel to Prosperity again; this will give you another chance to talk to him. Rinse and repeat until the achievement pops.

Took a similar approach to NoHeroes94, but without the need for Expeditions II.
After completing the first Bean mission, simply fast travel to Prosperity. There will be a scout sitting against a wall, forward and to the right of where you spawn. Speak with him, get Intel, fast travel back to Prosperity and repeat. The scout was walking around the area after the first encounter, but was always visible from the spawn point.
I was doing this on a restart and was only missing one, you have to keep reloading until the actual tip you were missing is provided.

For this achievement you will need to speak to 10 people who will lead you to treasure, you can tell whether a person is doing this as they have a diamond above there head. Just playing through the game you should be able to find 10. You don't have to find the treasure you only need to talk to 10 people who show you where it is.
