How to unlock the Pure Ninja achievement in Far Cry New Dawn - Definitive Guide

Here's another approach for those not very keen on using the sniper method. It's important to know that ONLY YOU need to stay undetected, your Guns for Hire don't matter.

Even if one of your AI buddies gets spotted as long as they don't see you the achievement is still going to pop. Simple strategy: Make sure you have the binocular perk and stay out of sight. Find some high ground just outside the outpost. Now just spot the enemies and send your buddy in to kill them.

If he dies simply summon another one. clap

Note: If they sound the alarm you did get spotted by someone!

This works on any outpost. Even though one would assume that The Judge is the perfect guy for this achievement I found that he often gets stuck shooting arrows that don't hit, especially if there are a lot of obstacles. Worked much better with Jerome but I imagine any AI buddy with melee takedowns will be the same.

I also had my Guns for Hire upgraded to the max which I recommend doing as well.

Good luck.

Excellent solution! I used Horatio because he's pretty tough and resurrects himself.

Nana at 40 kills was amazing on the island outpost, I scouted from an outlying sandbank and was very easily done. I think the shooting through cover perk helped.

Just did this, I got the undetected ethenol bonus etc, but it didn't unlock. When I got spawned at the liberated outpost it was full of lvl 3 enemies and my allies, and thus instant carnage. Not sure what happened there, everything was dead beforehand. Gonna try again.

EDIT
Next try worked, did the same thing as before, again got the undetected bonus, but now no enemies spawned after liberation and I got the chievo. Not sure what happened before as I was undetected in both runs. Oh well.

love it - will be calling her 'Nana the sniper lady' from now on

Done that on watering hole using Gina Guerra , she practically killed everybody following my indications.
Watch yourself from cougars and bears in the surrounding area.
Turn around and let Gina do the job , crouch and stay hidden as much as you can.

Perfect. I used Horatio as he has a perk after 15 kills where he will revive himself after being downed. Plus, it's hilarious watching a pig ripping through the highwaymen! Just keep an eye on him; when he revives, he will run back to you, potentially bringing the enemy with him.

Just got it at the Broken Forge outpost using Nana the sniper lady to kill everyone while staying in the hills overlooking the outpost. I had to revive her a few times but that method works. Never fired a shot myself, just stuck to moving around to spot enemies. Also nobody ran to us because they couldn't find us.

Very easy cheevo. Take Nana as your buddie, hop to The Island & let her take out all the enemies. Very simple :) Godd hunting!

Ever played FarCry before? Then you probably know the best way to "stealth" an Outpost.
Silenced sniper + staying out of enemies range.

It's a little more complicated this time since they removed weapon-customization.
You'll need the Elite-rank-Sniper (silenced, duh), armor-piercing-bullets and preferably the light-ammo-perk upgraded 2-3 times and a few upgrades on the sniper. These are optional though.

Go to Broken Forge, reset the Outpost and on one side there's 2 cars which you can hide behind and take them off one by one. Don't panic if the music gets more intense, you'll be fine as long as you're not spotted.

If you get really lucky, New Edeners might join the fight and do most of the work for you.

This method can also be done very easily with The Watering Hole. There's a tall lookout tower that's amazing to use. I'd recommend a high tier sniper with a silencer and use AP rounds

If you like stealth approach it's not actually hard at all. Select some easy outpost where you can have lots of places to hide and stay undetected. I chose The Refinery outpost, from the video you can see how I did it.

Once you have Horatio in your roster, get at least 15 kills with him to unlock his Pig's Endurance skill allowing him to revive himself. Get yourself the Tactical Binoculars perk & a decent sniper rifle in case you need to finish off any stragglers & you're set. Stay outside the outpost and tag as many enemies as you can then send Horatio in to attack one of them. He'll draw plenty of aggro so once he's killed one guard just set him on another and let him do his thing. Seeing him will not cause the guards to activate any alarms as long as you stay hidden & you'll easily get the Undetected bonus. I've used this on every outpost & 9 times out of 10 I haven't had to fire a single shot.

A small correction: you should not be the only one to notice. If you are playing with a mercenary and he gets burned, it’s okay. Until the enemies notice you (the white bar is filled), even a “loud” clearing of the outpost will be accompanied by the caption “You were not noticed”

The simplest way in which you don’t have to kill anyone yourself. I made a trophy on the first try using this method.

Outpost "Trailer Town". Take a granny as your partner (maybe an entry-level, unpumped one). Approach the outpost to activate its capture, then move further away to a convenient hill from which you will have the best view. Mark the maximum number of enemies with binoculars. Then, one by one, point out to the granny the enemies through the binoculars, which she will shoot (point at the enemy and press the cross to the left - “attack”). Repeat shooting until you get a trophy)

Don’t forget to upgrade the Training Camp at the base (Menu - Base). We increase the health and damage of mercenaries to Elite . The trophy is very easy to take at any outpost, it doesn’t matter!

At any outpost, first look through binoculars, mark the enemies, then give the mercenary the command with the “left” button. If a mercenary is shot down, immediately call another one. Three mercenaries were enough for me - Granny, Horatio and Timber. He didn’t have to kill anyone himself, he just hid.

One of the most dreary trophies, although it’s more a matter of randomness that it’s not easy to get this trophy. You need to make sure that no one sees you at all (including your friend). Knocked out a trophy at the "auto repair shop" outpost, formerly Fall's end. There is a small church there that you can climb onto and shoot the raiders, or there is a tower across the road. In any case, I recommend going through it either with a friend or with a granny partner.

I walked with my partner Dog, you send him to mark all the enemies, then I call Granny and begin to methodically shoot enemies from afar. Really, make sure that Granny (with all her agility) doesn’t rush into battle herself)))

I passed the "Trailer Town" the first time. She took the Judge as her partner. There is an excellent tower nearby, from which everything is clearly visible. The enemies don't even go there.

The trophy is easily obtained without partners at any outpost, taking into account the fact that you have an elite weapon with a silencer or a bow. The “Masterful Quick Kills” perk also helps tremendously.

It can be done with absolutely no problems even in daylight with an island outpost and Granny as a partner - there are a bunch of islands with shelters nearby, and there are few enemies.

I’ll add: you can throw pieces of meat next to the enemies, a cougar or a bear will come running to the bait, which will significantly reduce the number of enemies at the outpost, this will not be considered a detection, while the batch is going on, sit in a quiet place and then finish off the survivors.

I did it calmly at the Trailer Town outpost - I sat on a hill and gave commands to Granny, she cleared out all the enemies and a trophy fell out, while disturbing music was playing, but no one noticed such a moment - no one noticed Granny, just like me.

Explosive arrows helped me. They give area damage, so you can kill several enemies at once, including elite ones. You can take Timber as your partner so you don’t have to look through binoculars.
