The Club, Bow, and Spear all have achievements for hitting 100 kill count. Depending on your personal preference, you'll pick up at least two achievements for the weapons without really trying.
TIP - Remember you can throw your clubs! Once you've upgraded the one handed clubs, throwing becomes an effective way to slaughter your rivals!
TIP - I believe that your takedowns will count towards the kill count. You can see your selected weapon being used for the takedown. If I or another player confirm this, I'll update the solution.

If you set your weapon on fire, will it still count toward the kill achievements?

Fooga - Good point. I think it will, I was a big fan of using flaming arrows with my bow and unlocked that quite quickly.

Utilizing clubs this achievement requires that you kill 100 enemies with the blunt instrument of death. Easy enough right? It doesn't matter if you use the 1H or the 2H both count towards the achievement.

For this achievement you need to get 100 kills with the clubs. This will take some time but I suggest you upgrade all of your weapons to the highest rank since later on the enemies get tougher.
Overall this achievement is really easy but take some time.
