How to unlock the Cave Hoarder achievement in Far Cry Primal - Definitive Guide

There are quite a few different kinds of collectibles in the game.

There are masks, hands, cave paintings, totems, bracelets... etc. All four count towards this. I got this without every going out of my way for a collectible unless it was on my mini map.

Just head in caves and keep an eye out on your mini map for blue markers.

Also, if you want a count of how many you have, head to the back of your cave in your village and the second set of stones on the left will tell you!

What more help do you need? Literally any collectible in any combination will count...

More in depth like rewards or experience given for each type, number of collectibles per type, usual location for each type (i.e on a wall,cave..) finally an interactive map that shows every collectible would be nice to have.

http://n4g.com/news/1867906/far-cry-primal-collectibles-guid... - here you go, I googled it for you. Sorry that your hands aren't working particularly for google. Glad to see your injuries have recovered so that you can complain here even though I told you that all you need to do is play the game and you'll come across 80 collectibles.

You googling the map for me is not the point, the point is your guide is vague and could do with some improvements such as adding more details therefore I gave you my suggestions,do what you will with that, not here to start an argument with anyone.

Good guide bruh, why bother if you're just going to tell people to google for help in the comments?

I would like to know if there is a way to show collectibles on the map in-game (such as purchasing a map from a village), or should I just google that too.

By the way congrats on having a Non-Stat Tracking account!

Lol to the sarcasm. Gotta love it. Collectibles show up on your map in-game, or you can go check at the back of your cave. <3

EDIT: Oh, I should tell you, I got non-stat tracking by getting a Minecraft Windows 10 Edition achievement by downloading a map. Damn by sneaky ways of cheating.

You need 80 out of 184 collectables, so less than 50%.

Reading this solution you need to know what you need to know about the collectibles in this game. Let me add that it’s better to use the hunter vision ( Hold Right stick) in order to help yourself better on finding masks or whatever you “struggle” with .
I definitely had more struggle on killing someone throwing a spear from more than 50 feet .
Haters : go back to your game and play it , don’t expect a cakewalk every time . This cheevo is ridiculously easy.
Thank for the guide brother!

After finding myself terribly lost in a cave during my first half hour of gameplay I thought this would be an arduous grind. Turns out there are more than enough outside that I was able to unlock this without searching one single cave. Exploring a decent bit and having unlocked lots of outposts and fires to fast travel around helps save time.

As said by Dislodged Puma, there are several different collectables in the game.
All of these are blue markers on your map/minimap.

As long as you have removed the fog of war from an area, you can see them on your map, you just need to zoom in and you will see them, set a marker on them, and off you go.

However, I wouldn't go out of your way to get them during gameplay, as you will most likely get this as you progress through the game though, as long as you pick them up when you see them. I currently have 73 and still have the final two missions to go.

Maybe wait till the end and then clean up the achievements you're missing while you do this.

The bonuses you get (XP, Resources, Etc) seem negligible in the grand scheme of things.

Collect Daisha's Hands, Vinj's bracelets, fortunately they are marked on the map almost immediately, but not all of them are easy to reach. Just in case, a map . It doesn’t sound entirely logical, but the study of rock paintings and the destruction of Izil masks also count, in general, everything marked with blue pictograms will go
