If anyone was stuck on the last outpost glitch then the solution is below.
I had taken all the outposts and triple checked that i did, the achievement did not pop. If this happens then go to gameplay settings and click 'reset all outposts'. Go and take an outpost and the achievement should then pop. Worked for me.

I got the achievement for capturing all outposts, but not for 10. Gonna try resetting them to see if I can pop it.
