This requires you to complete a wave without dashing, meaning all sets of enemies. This is easy enough to do on any wave as long as you make a conscious effort to go for it, because you'll likely be automatically dashing at any bushes and chests you see to get coins. So, you'll need to avoid doing that and just take out enemies. Doing this on the first wave of a run is by far the easiest.
