Despite this achievement specifying bushes, I believe this applies to all objects you can dash through for coins. This includes bushes, trees, pumpkins, snowmen, crops, and more. Each season has a couple different types of things you can dash through for coins. This just requires you to dash through 30 different objects, which you should be doing on every wave to amass coins for the related achievements. If you dash through everything in each wave, you'll unlock this before finishing your first run.

Keep pressing Button A on controller dashing towards bushes and chests this will unlock over time and if combined with picking up as many coins as possible at the same time should yield multiple achievement pops by the end of the playthrough
