You must have over $10 million in your bank account, which is shown on the top center of the main playing screen. This trophy is NOT cumulative - past spending doesn't count toward these trophies. So the best way to get this is to get to ~$8 million by selling your crops when prices are high (~3700 for wheat, ~4100 for corn, ~3600 for canola, ~8000 for milk) or when there is a "Great Demand". "Great Demand" will pop up every so often for a random crop at a random location for a limited duration. The price will be 1.5x - 2x what it was before the great demand so it's always worth a least one trailer load. Small tip: prices (even at great demand) for local customers like the Inn and Mill drop VERY fast when you sell them crops. The Station holds it's price throughout a Great Demand very well - you can keep selling them crop for the entire 15min and still get a good price.

When you've reached ~$8 million, make a save. Sell all your crops and equipment (worth 3/4 of it's asking price, so you should have $1-2 million there) and you should get over the $10 million mark. If you don't have the 100ha sow/harvest trophies yet you many want to just play normally until you do.
